About Birth Ball Group Classes
At the Birth Ball clinic, pregnant women learn how to use a birth ball and peanut ball. Both tools are versatile balls that helps with alignment, relaxation, labor advancement, and pain management tool during all stages of labor, even with an epidural! This 3-hour group setting class is created with evidence-based studies and designed to help women during pregnancy, labor, pushing, and even postpartum recovery!
