6 Exercises to Prep for Birth

It's important to know that there are 3 pelvic levels and they all open in different ways- the pelvic inlet, mid pelvis and pelvic outlet! That is why its so important to include many different movements into your childbirth prep routine to create space throughout your pelvis to help baby navigate the space they are given for an easier labor and delivery!

TOP OF PELVIS (INLET)

1. Deep squats

2. Butterly Pose

MID PELVIS

3. Side lunge

4. Birth ball hip circles

​

LOWER PELVIS (OUTLET)

5. Knees in ankles out leaning over a CUB or birth ball

6. Deadlifts
